不少机手反映，S1100型柴油机曲轴上的油封（规格50×80×12）封不住油，更换新油封后，往往使用不到一个月，就发生漏油现象。怎样解决漏油问题呢?
笔者在此推荐一种简易作法：当更换新油封时，在新油封弹簧处套装一根橡皮筋。橡皮筋要平整圆滑。如套上去后感到太松，可把一根橡皮筋绕成两圈再套上去，使油封唇口与曲轴主轴颈紧贴在一起，即可防止漏油现象，同时还能使油封使用寿命延长2～3倍。
